This is my beautiful friend Brittany and these photos are a-long overdue - seeing as I took them in August which, in my world, may as well have been three years ago. 

Brittany is the the literal picture of a good friend. She's one of the best and most wonderful friends I have ever had and will continue to have as I move forward in life.  She's my friend no matter how far away we are, and she's hung in there with me for a long time and through a lot of things. I consider myself lucky to have such a friend, as I'm certain not everyone is quite so privileged.

This is my sister, Sara, who is running her first Tough Mudder this Saturday! I'm posting these beautiful portraits we took in Lake Tahoe earlier this month to honor her and all of her hard work leading up to this big event! 

My sister is the most amazing friend to me and she is truly an incredible human. I am so grateful that she is not just my sibling but my best friend and has, not only, been there to celebrate my joys, but also to help me out of my pitfalls. I am so lucky to have her!
